The sandbar is not safe to swim at currently. The CFS is currently too high. CFS=cubic feet per second. A measurement referring to the volume and speed of water flow. One cubic foot is about the size of a basketball, so if water is flowing at 100 CFS, imagine 100 basketballs rolling down a riverbed together. Our river is currently over 2,000 CFS, so 2,000 basketballs at once. The CFS must be under 2,000 before the City will place the bouys in the river at the Sandbar. It is suggested you stay out of the river. As always, you swim at your own risk. Please stay safe.

The St Anthony Police Department is seeking information regarding vandalism to the signs on the St Anthony Green Belt, near the Riverview Cemetery. If you have any information about this incident, you may either contact the Fremont County Sheriff's Office, or submit a tip on the St Anthony Police 411 page or phone app.
Crews will plow tonight starting at 9pm. Please move your vehicles off the road.
